Shipping & Delivery

Shipping
While we try to ship every customer's order as fast and hassle-free as possible, there are some situations that are beyond our control. Please take note of the points below to avoid any misunderstanding.

Delivery Time
Shipment is made as soon as payment is received for the order(s) you made.
Depending on the shipping method you selected during the order process, your order(s) will reach you as fast as 5-10 working days for international buyers.
The time required for customs clearance is not counted in the delivery standard.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders from AUSwatches depend upon the method and option you choose. You can choose to group items into as few shipments as possible.
If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment, and pay for it.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from AUSwatches, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Returns & Replacements
AUSwatches will only refund or credit you if the product is dead on arrival (DOA). We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we will not refund you if you changed your mind. For fair business practice, we cannot pass on your used or opened item to next customer. AUSwatches does not sell used, re-furbished, tampered items. You have 3 business days to report your DOA item for a refund or credit to be approved. Please note that customers are responsible for returns postage costs.

However, the watch must be returned to us in BRAND NEW condition with all protective plastics / tape, hang tags, user manual, box and accessories intact.
It is important that you do not wear it and do not adjust the link or the strap. Please understand that it is almost impossible for a watch to be worn, even for a short period of time, and for the watch not to be blemished or scratched in any way. Specially for the leather strap, the hole of the strap will become a bit bigger after using it.

When receiving your order you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. If it does appear to be tampered with, you should refuse delivery. If the delivery is accepted and signed for, you will have entered into a contract to accept the item in its delivered state and, as such, we cannot assume liability for any subsequent issues surrounding loss or damage.
Cancellation of Orders
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed, we reserve the exclusive right to charge you a re-stocking and admin fee. For orders under $100.00 USD, we will charge $15.00 USD and for orders above $100.00 USD we will charge $20.00 USD. This fee is waived if it presents stock availability problems in which we will advise you of immediately.
Warranty

AUSwatches.com's warranty covers the manufacturing defects in the movement of the watch for the warranty period. It does not cover damage due to improper, rough or careless treatment, damage by fire or other natural calamity, cases, buttons, straps, crystals, scratches, bracelets, diamonds, battery, stems, or water/condensation issues. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact AUSwatches prior to shipping your watch for warranty service. The warranty is void if anyone other than AUSwatches.com services the watch in any way or opening the case. Please note that customers are responsible for returns postage costs.

Please note that AUSwatches’s nor any manufacturer's warranty covers water damage or problems arising from water entering the case of the watch. Please refer to the manufacturer's guidelines regarding the water resistance of your watch and correct operating procedures.

Degree of Water Resistance

*Only watches marked with the words "DIVER'S WATCH 200M" can be worn while scuba diving (with air tanks).
**Even if a watch is water-resistant, do not operate its buttons or crown while it is submersed in water or wet. However, "DIVER'S WATCH 200M" casing models permit underwater button operation.
***After submersion in seawater, use plain water to rinse all salt and dirt from the watch.
****Even if a watch is water-resistant, avoid wearing it in the bath or in area where detergents (soap, shampoo, etc.) are being used. Such conditions can reduce water resistance.
